Supported folders for Microsoft 365 mailboxes
Microsoft publishes the list of its well-known folders in relation to Microsoft 365 at WellKnownFolderName Enum.
Clumio supports the following folders from the list:
- Archive
- ConversationHistory
- DeletedItems
- Drafts
- Inbox
- JunkEmail
- Outbox
- RecoverableItemsDeletions
- RecoverableItemsPurges
- RecoverableItemsVersions
- SearchFolders
- SentItems
These folders are accessed via Clumio Exchange Backup Enterprise Application. If any access is revoked, then the application will not be able to backup these folders.
