Supported Microsoft 365 mailboxes

Clumio supports the following mailboxes:

• User Mailbox
• Shared Mailbox
• Archive Mailbox: This is backed up as part of the In-Place Archive mail folders
• Resource Mailbox:
  • Room Mailbox
  • Equipment Mailbox

Clumio does not support the following mailboxes:

• Public Folder Mailbox
• Health Mailbox
• Office 365 Groups Mailbox

Supported folders for Microsoft 365 mailboxes

Microsoft publishes the list of its well-known folders in relation to Microsoft 365 at WellKnownFolderName Enum.

Clumio supports the following folders from the list:

• Archive
• ConversationHistory
• DeletedItems
• Drafts
• Inbox
• JunkEmail
• Outbox
• RecoverableItemsDeletions
• RecoverableItemsPurges
• RecoverableItemsVersions
• SearchFolders
• SentItems

These folders are accessed via Clumio Exchange Backup Enterprise application. If any access is revoked, then the application will not be able to backup these folders.
