Clumio account

You can edit your company name from this page. Your company name displays in the My profile menu available at the top right of your Clumio screen.

You can also copy your company ID.

My profile

You can view and edit account settings such as your display name, your password, the display theme (for example light mode, or dark mode), and log out of Clumio from My Profile icon located on the top right of your Clumio UI. You can also navigate to the API tokens page to manage your tokens.

Change your display name

1. Go to My Profile > Profile Settings.
2. Click Edit next to the Name field.
3. Type your new name and click Save.

Change your password

Change your password before it expires. Clumio sends you a warning starting ten (10) days before your password expires. You can also change your password at any time.

1. Go to My Profile > Profile Settings.
2. Click Edit next to the Password field.
3. Type your current password.
4. Type your new password and retype to confirm. Your password must be between 14 and 64 characters and include the following: one uppercase character, one lowercase character, one number, and one special character. Spaces are not allowed. You can't reuse the last five (5) passwords.
5. Click Save.Use your new password the next time you log in to Clumio.

Change your display theme

Select your preferred theme from the available options. The default is 'light'.
