View user security settings through the Security (Administration > Security Settings) window.

Idle Session Timeout

Determines how many minutes a Clumio session can be inactive before the user is logged out. The idle timeout setting can be any time between 10 and 60 minutes. If not set, the time defaults to 15 minutes.

  1. Go to Administration > Security.
  2. Click Edit in the Idle Session Timeout pane.
  3. Set the idle session timeout to any value between 10 and 60 minutes.
  4. Click Save Changes.

AWS CloudTrail Integration

Sends every event tracked in Clumio's audit report to your AWS CloudTrail on an hourly basis.

Enable this to feature to send Clumio audit logs to your AWS CloudTrail hourly. This also allows you to search Clumio audit logs from CloudTrail Data Lake. This can only be set up by a Clumio Super Admin and only one account can be set up to receive Clumio audit logs.

  • Navigate to Administration > Security and click Edit in the AWS CloudTrail Integration panel.
  • Follow the instructions on the UI.

Password Expiry

Determines how many days each user's password is valid since it was last changed before it must be changed again. The expiry length can be anywhere between 30 and 180 days. If not set, the length defaults to 90 days.

  1. Go to Administration > Security.
  2. Click Edit in the Password Expiry pane.
  3. Set the password expiry to any value between 30 and 180 days.
  4. Click Save Changes.

IP Allow List

If set, restricts access to Clumio to only the list of trusted locations and networks. IP addresses that are not in the list are denied access to Clumio. If not set, all IP addresses are allowed. Clumio supports IPv4 addresses. IP ranges can be entered in CIDR notation.
