Aurora Serverless engine mode is currently not supported for Granular Records Retrieval. It is supported for SecureVault Standard and SecureVault Archive tiers.

If the RDS SQL instance is managed under Active Directory, you must manually re-join the instance after recovery.

* We support Rolling Backups and Granular Record Retrieval for on RDS Oracle and SQL instances with persistent option groups, except for databases that have the TDE option configured.

* We do not support Granular Record Retrieval on any Oracle Enterprise Editions today.

^ We do not support Multi-AZ deployments for RDS databases.

§ PostgreSQL 9.x and 10.x versions of RDS and Aurora do not allow master users access to subordinate databases. This is a known limitation in RDS and Aurora. You need to manually assign the master user the permissions to subordinate databases. Contact Clumio Support to guide you through this process.
