Resetting Multi-factor Authentication Device for a User

The Clumio platform provides users with the ability to set up Multi-factor Authentication (MFA). Users can access the following page in the Clumio UI to configure MFA: Help > User Guide > Settings > Security > MFA.

In the case where a user loses their device or wants to reset their MFA device, please send in a request to the support team by emailing [email protected]


  • Clumio MFA must have been previously configured for the user.
  • User should have access to the previously configured MFA vendor settings.


  1. Contact Clumio support ([email protected]) for assistance with resetting MFA access.
  2. Once the settings are reset, MFA should be reconfigured.
