Error: Clumio portal UI login

Symptoms

When logging into your Clumio web portal, you get the following error:

Error Code 500: Oops! Something went wrong... internal_error

Cause

There are two possible causes why this could happen

Antivirus/Endpoint Protection Software installed - Certain endpoint protection software can block sites/domains required for the clumio portal to work.
Proxy/Firewall rules not configured - Proxies and Firewalls installed in the network can prevent traffic going to subdomains or domains if they are not configured correctly.

Resolution

Following domains need to be whitelisted on the endpoint protection software or on the proxy/firewall. The domains required are covered in this article.
